Some goals don't fit a standard curriculum. Whether you're preparing to open your own cafe, training a team, or looking to go deeper as an individual - a private course is built around what you actually need. We'll design the program together, drawing from everything we teach: brewing, espresso, latte art, and menu development. That might mean an intensive day covering the full bar workflow, a focused session on dialing in your shop's espresso, or building a drink menu from the ground up. The depth and pace are set by your goals. Sessions are held at our factory in Icheon, with schedule, group size, and pricing arranged individually.
